    I pulled into EZ KLEEN'S touchless stall on Jan 23, 2023. I backed up a few times to make sure my car wouldn't touch the machine washing it. About a minute later, a large man came out of no where. He stood directly in front of my car glaring at me. I became frightened and called my daughter. She said to hurry home. When the wash was done he stepped out of the way. As I pulled out he tapped on my driver's window.On Jan 25, I called to tell what I experienced. The fellow who answered my call said he was that man and that he was only trying to help me. Help me? Really?Later the owner, ******************, called me. He said his employee thought I was having a heart attack and no one had ever moved their car once the wash began.BULL!!!A heart attack, you grab your chest and slump over. To approach a customer because the car was moved a few inches is ridiculous. It's very controlling behavior.The employee stood in front of me in a threatening manner.****** might have been a nice guy when he started his business, but since he's made a good deal of money he's become indifferent and arrogant.Each time I tried to tell him why I moved my car he cut me off and talked over me, which indicates he had no interest in what I was saying. He's rude and disrespectful. He kept making excuses for his employee's bad behavior.Both ****** and his employee are bullies.My advice to any woman wanting to wash your car at EZ KLEEN, don't go near that place when it's deserted, when there are no other people around.Who knows what might happen the next time a female does something that disturbs ****** or his employee.I don't want an apology from the owner.I don't want anything from him. I won't be washing my car there any more.I do want to let other women know they too could very well be threatened in the future. A woman in an isolated car wash is in a very dangerous position.I felt safe because my doors were locked and my windows were up, but after this incident never again.
