    We appreciate that the consumer reached out.  I reached out to the consumer via his phone number and his email address.  He was a pleasure to work with and he was able to provide the necessary pictures of the filtered cigars that we needed to resolve the issue.  These cases of filtered cigars had been previously manufactured at a facility that we no longer do business with and have not for a while.  This product was an older product that had unfortunately been left on the store shelves too long.  We have made sure all cases have been destroyed and have remedied this issue.  We have compensated the consumer and thanked him for helping us in this investigation.

    I am forwarding the email from the customer to confirm that this matter has been resolved favorably to the customer’s satisfaction. (See below).

     

    Although we are a distributor of Show products and do not deal with the end user, we followed up to correct the issue that ****** ****** initially complained about. The issue has been identified and corrected. Further, *** ****** was fully cooperative and provided us with the necessary information to investigate the issue to identify the source and ultimately resolve his concerns. The customer was fully satisfied and compensated for his loss.
