    West Paw Fencing installed a fence around our swimming pool in February 2021. The gates of the fence were never set correctly and do not close properly. We have called the business many times and left messages going on over two years. On one occasion the owner actually answered the phone, acknowledged that he should have called us back, and promised to personally come and evaluate the work and make any necessary adjustments. The owner never showed up when scheduled and we have tried countless times to reach the business again. We are unsure what we could have possibly done wrong as we paid the fence installation in full (approximately $5,300) in May 2021. I realize a good bit of time has past, but we have tried over and over to reach this business and have no other means of reaching any resolution other than contacting the BBB. We were initially very pleased with the business, their proposal, and overall finished work. We are not asking for much other than the company to come and make a small repair to correct the oversight that occurred during the installation. Photos are attached to this complaint evidencing the issue. I encourage the BBB or the business to contact us directly with any additional questions. We appreciate any assistance you can provide.

    Please accept this email of our satisfactory response from West Paw Fencing in resolving the above referenced case number.  While we are still disappointed that we had to reach out to the BBB and took over two years to get this matter resolved, the business did show up and make the necessary repairs.
