    This guy is a fraud. He will request half the deposit up front. Then keep stalling and giving lame excuses why he cant work. He is not honest at all but claims to be a retired priest. I also got the impression that he does not have the skills he claimed to have. When ask for the deposit to be returned he claimed he did have it. He kept stalling and claiming he would have the deposit for months. He did return half the deposit and claimed he would have the other half when he got his check. This was a lie and he would not answer my calls or return my messages. I gave him a negative review on **** but I see he did it again to the reviewer above me. Hopefully this review saves someone else from dealing with a fraud.
