    They helped us for years with loans and they are paid off in good standing with them. I called 1 or 2 months ago to see if we can get one and I was told by the secretary and manager I was not entitled to one again the board doesn't allow since we were late 1 time on a payment years ago. This make me feel like they are discriminating against me . They should not be allowed to hold that against you for that reason.

    Mahoning Consumer Discount Co. has attached payment history on the last two loans that were made to ***** and ***** *****, as you can see every payment was late and there was extensive collection work to get those payments.  Our company policy is to not make additional loans to people who do not make their payments on time and require collection work.  We also attached a copy of the Credit Denial letter that was sent to ***** and ***** stating that they had delinquent credit obligations on their credit report.  This denial was recently part of the banking department audit and was approved.  It lowers their credit score if they keep applying and if we keep pulling their credit. We have explained this to them on several occasions but apparently, they are not understanding what we are telling them.
