    I have contacted Demko to buy a replacement lock because unfortunately my lock was taken or lost but was told they do not offer replacement locks I asked if I could send my knife in to have one put on instead of them sending me one since they do not want to send them they have ignored all my emails!! I’ve bought 5 knives in total from Demko 3 of them being ad20.5 and 2 being ad20 that’s close to 2 grand I’ve spent and just looking to get some customer care instead of forcing me into buying a new knife! There needs to be away customers paying these kind of prices can replace a part that’s key for the knife’s function!!!

    We proudly offer a limited lifetime warranty. However, we do not cover knives that have been disassembled.


    Further, our company policy is that we do not sell any replacement Shark-Lock™ locks. In the rare event that a Shark-Lock™ is damaged, we may provide a replacement lock only if the original is returned to us. 


    This company policy is in place to protect both the consumer and our organization.  We are committed to ensuring and maintaining our high standards of genuine Demko® product authenticity. We achieve this by our continued diligence that original  Shark-Lock™ locks are only available as a component of an original and authentic Demko® knife.
