    We hired Shell Restoration in fall of 2023 to complete work for our house - this included new roof, new siding, and windows. Several issues arose during the installation process and afterwards, which were nearly impossible to get resolved without continual hassling and calling Shell's main office. Project manager never returns calls or texts. Most recently, we had a piece of siding that fell due to being improperly installed at the top of the side of the house. This is the 3rd or 4th piece that has fallen. Several attempts to get this fixed, being told it would be addressed and nothing happening. Contact with Shell was made the following dates: 1/13/2025 - left message with project manager ****** Maine, no contact; 2/3/2025 - called the office, no answer; 2/18/2025 - spoke w/ project mgr who stated someone would be out, no one ever came; A week later, project mgr said someone would be out in less than 2 weeks, no one ever came; F/U two weeks later, no response. F/U 10 days later, no response. 4/17/2025, called main office - spoke with the secretary who answered, said that someone would get back to **, no contact; 5/12/2025 - called main office - asked for a supervisor, told they were in a mtg and someone would get back to us - no contact; 6/4/2025 and 6/5/2025 and asked for supervisor - was told they were in mtg and would call back very soon - no contact.

    We have reached out to ***, and have sent out an installer out to fix the issues on June 27th.  The repair was completed.  I reached out to *** to confirm he was happy with the work and he was.   We apologize for any inconvenience we may have caused our customer.   We will work better to serve them faster in the future.
