    I have not had a good experience here at all. The owners are not nice and difficult to work with. Don't forget to add the $5.00 service charge when you use a credit card - that's always a nice surprise at the end of the visit once you get to the register.The hours are extremely limited and difficult to pick up and return skis.

    First of all we go above and beyond to accommodate our customers. We are a seasonal shop and we're open from September to April 1st. Our hours are 12:00 to 8:00 pm during the busy season which is normally November through March 1st. Usually you have until December to return your equipment without paying any late payment. We have a sign at the credit card machine to inform you about the $5.00 service fee. Most of our customers do not have a problem with this because they understand the high cost of credit card fees. We gladly take cash or checks to avoid the fee.
