    on July 7th I purchased a baitcast fishing pole. It was $79.99. After trying to use it the pole was way too difficult to use and I called and asked if I could exchange it without the receiptthey said yes. So I get there they want to only give me 47 dollars store credit for an $80 dollar pole-however the pole was on sale at the new castle store for $69.99. So the manager states she will look for the receipt which she said she couldnt find even after giving her the date of purchase. After she told me I am losing over 30 dollars even though I wasnt asking for money back i was exchanging it for other items. I go to the cashier who needed a manager to do the exchange. We waited for 15 min for someone to come up to help him he called over the loud speaker three times and called the one manager twice and she would not come help him.She made someone else come up who had no idea what was going on and it started all over again. You need the receipt, the cashier tried to explain what was going on his exact words were I dont speak mumbling in front of me and my son. The way my son and I were treated as well as the cashier was absolutely appalling. Ive gave my service for many sports items there and to be treated the way I was treated and the cashier was appalling When all was said and done I was in the store for over 1 hour and 25 mins all because management didnt want to do their job. She didnt try at all to help me then just pawned me off on another employee who had no idea. As Im walking out over 30 dollars less than what I should have had the alarm goes off i was again waiting another 5 minutes for them to figure it out. The only person who apologized was the cashier. He was great. The management team-I cant even believe they are treating customers like they did. I know the one manager his name was **** or *****. The manager who originally started to help me I have no idea what her name is but she has long dark hair and was working at 5pm lastnight July 24th.
