    My daughter was approached about joining their competitive cheer team on September 12th, 2023. We were agreeable to trying it. We gave them $240 cash out of the $500 requested. After having numerous problems within a week with the coaching staff and them disobeying doctors restrictions for an injury that occurred while under their supervision we pulled our child from the team. Money paid was to cover uniform rental, competition fees, hair bow, jacket, etc. Per the coach we were locked in to the team even though no contractual agreement was signed. After speaking with the president and another board member, they confirmed we were not locked in and could exit the team. I’ve tried several times to obtain my refund via text, email and ******** messaging, however they have been unresponsive.

    A refund check was issued to the Customer on Saturday October 14,2023 and the Treasurer of the organization handed the check to her.

    The $240.00 that were received from the customer covered the September and October competition dues.  Her refund was for $120.00 as this is the monthly competition fee.   She was a member of the team in September and attended practices.  The October dues were refunded to her as she made the decision to exit the program on 10/09/2023 and had not attended any practices.
