I had ***** the owner of this company come to my home to dig my waterline and to install a water meter. For starters after deciding to do the job he showed up unannounced the very first time after the days he had originally told me he could start. He was a no show and didn't call to let me know he wouldn't be here those days. After the no shows I decided I wouldn't let him do the job because I needed someone reliable. Since he came and begged to do the job I figured I'd let him do it. All he ever did was complain about not making enough money but i paid him exactly what the bid was plus one hundred dollars more. I wouldn't have paid the extra money if I had known what he destroyed under my home in the process to do this job. He didn't put the meter deep enough into the ground to keep my lines from freezing. It's sticking 8'-10' above ground where it should of been placed. Since he didn't go low enough into the ground I have a greater chance of my meter freezing and busting. ***** also brought his backhoe to dig the waterline and he threw dirt all over my driveway and left a big mess causing me to buy more gravel to cover up his mess. He does not know how to run a backhoe. He left huge ruts going from the main waterline to the home. He never filled them in. Every time it rains it's creating a cesspool. He also failed to wrap the waterlines from ground level into the home. He didn't insulate any of the waterlines, all my pipes were left exposed. He also didn't plug in the heat tape. At that time we still had freezing temperatures. Due to his poor workmanship I had to have the water turned off to avoid my waterlines freezing and busting again. While he was also under my home he had ripped down the plastic that covered the floor joints all because he didn't want to get dirty, along with wires that were ripped down under the home. I wrote this review in hopes to help save another person from wasting their money on someone who doesn't care about his name or work ethic.
