      I stayed at one of their hotels on 02/10/24 and checked out on 02/11/24.The room I stayed in was supposed to come with a fireplace.The fireplace was in the room but it was not operational.I called the hotel front desk and they said it would work after 10 to 15 minutes, which it failed to work. The day I checked out, I also made the girl at the front desk aware of the issue and that I would like a courtesy credit, which did not happen. Also, I have emailed them several times and they have failed to respond! I would like a partial credit for the inoperable fireplace!

      I reserved a room here for a one night stay (July 26, 2023) due to its high rating and claim to be close to New Hope. We arrived on the morning of July 26th and were advised that our room was not yet ready. We ventured into New Hope, when my traveling companion began to feel unwell. We stopped for a Covid test which, unfortunately, was positive. Naturally, we didn't want to check in and possibly infect others and she wanted to go home. I called the hotel and asked to speak with a manager - got two voicemails and finally back to the front desk. I explained the situation and was told that she would let her manager know and would get back to me in a few days!! I said I didn't have a few days. I asked her to reach out to her manager and get back to me. She did and let me know that the manager would not issue a refund because it was the "day of". It's not like we didn't show up. How unkind, inhuman and all around bad customer service. I have requested a refund, but they have refused to issue one.

      This place is being run by crooks. I reserved 10 rooms for my wedding guests to put in their names. . I constantly had issues with their staff telling my guests that there were no rooms available because they were asking for "***'s wedding block" and not "a room in ***'s name." One would think that anyone with an iota of intelligence would be able to figure that one out. But no. Come the week of the wedding the issue happened again, and when I instructed my guest that they had to ask for the room in a specific way otherwise the idiots working the front desk wouldn't know what to do, they called back and we're still informed that there were no rooms available. Well guess what... I was still charged for a room that got unused even though my guest was told that there was no room available. Upon seeing the charge, I called the hotel to discuss the issue while I was on my honeymoon on 10/28 and left a message with the manager explaining the situation. A full week later, I hadn't heard back so I called again. I was told that I'd get a call back the next day when the manager came in. 5 days later I still hadn't heard back from the property, so I called again. When a manager did finally call me back, he told me that he wouldn't be refunding me the $785 that I paid for the room that went unused after my guests were told that there was no room available for them.
