Very unprofessional, no communication and unorganized. I reserved this company for my move on August 4th. When I made the reservation I asked the owner if all the supplies (truck, Dolly etc) would be provided she assures me it would be. The day before the move I haven’t heard or had a confirmation that everything was okay. I called her and confirmed she said all is good she just texted the “guys”. Back story I delivered my baby in July via c-section so I’m 3 weeks post op on the day of the move. The day of the move the movers showed up on time they walk in it two highschool kids. They have no dolly and no truck. I called the owner and asked why they don’t have anything I was told they would she stated the guys truck with the dolly broke down and he couldn’t come. Zero communication the movers moved literally one lamp at a time I had to call her back and tell her there’s no way they would be done in time with them moving like this she allowed them to stay until the move was complete. I had to call my family to help. I hired movers because I shouldn’t of been lifting/moving and my cousin and I moved 75% of the place and when they left it still wasn’t complete They broke my daughters vanity I texted the owner pictures and the receipt she proceeded to tell me she would only pay for half and when I said no she hung up on me and blocked my number.
