    Each xmas we order a meal with fish. this year we called and made sure we were on the list with our name / phone number etc. The manager Anthony wrote and reread the information back to me correctly. Each year we have issues but this year it seemed as if we wouldn't have any issues. Pick up was for 3:00. I arrived at 3:12pm on 12/24. I went in and the lady (rude) did not have my name listed anywhere on the paper. A paper that had no last names, only first names, and very little information for such a big operation on this particular night. I was upset, she said mam you better figure out what you want to do because my manager is already made at me for giving away someone else's order! Um, could that have been my order for 167.00? I said could you please help me out and help me order the food or find my name. She thought my order could've been under Jordan...really?!!! Now it seems to be 3:30 and they made me go to the END OF THE LINE. As I waited and watched others get just as upset because their names were not not the ridiculous sheet either. when I got to the register 45 minutes later, I was treated rudely by the lady---I can not remember her name but ANTHONY THE MANAGER on duty did NOT at all apologize.Did not help me at all.He said he would call the cops on me because I was swearing at the lady......WHAT? I did not swear, I was explaining that I really did not care that they were there since 6 am. the information should've been CORRECT.you are a business and I am a customer purchasing 167.00 dollars worth of food with a house full of guests awaiting my arrival. it is now 4:45 and I finally receive my order.They never apologize. All they keep saying is they were there and are tired. I said, well we are customers and EXPECT OUR ORDERS TO BE RECEIVED READY AND PREPARED. I was spoken to rudely by multiple people especially the manager. He was belittling me and yelling at me with a room full of customers.I was in the right to express my frustration
