      My school requires that uniforms be ordered through this company, and so I did. When the order was shipped it was first sent through UPS who then transferred the package to USPS to finish delivery. USPS did not deliver the item to me even though the tracking says that they did. I contacted the company to see if there was anything they could do to help as my start day for school is approaching soon. They offered nothing. They did not offer any other shipping options to ensure that my next delivery would actually arrive. I was told to have it shipped to a different address. I would have liked a discount on my reorder, but at the very least a way to ensure that I'm going to receive my next order was expected.
