    Called Neiderer 6/26/23 11:25 AM I let the company know July 12, 2023 would be the last day for any trash pick-up we are moving to OH. At. that time lived at ********************* New Oxford PA *****. Since there would only be 2 trash picks for the billing cycle I asked if I could paid for the 2 trash picks. I was told no had to pay in full. They will send a check to refund the money. Since our move to new house would take a while. Gave address to my daughter's **** ****** *** North Ridgeville, OH *****. Aug.2,2023 I called Neiderer . I was told they sent the check to the wrong address. **** instead of ****. The lady answering the phone stated will send check out as soon as they get that check returned. I called back on the 16th of August and let them know I should not have to wait for a check to return when it was not my fault. Plus they have my credit card # which I have pay all my bills with. If fact on time. They could of just credit my credit card. The gentleman said they will be going to the bank today and a check will be issue. My daughter has yet to receive a check. My daughter also stated they still get mail sent to their house from previous owners. They have lived at this address for atleast 3-4yrs. The amount of the check is to be $50 and change. There is no excuse. Now they can send the check to my new address. Since they did not send out the check to my daughter. New address: **** ******** ****** ** Streetsboro, OH *****.
