    I placed an order July 4, 2023 . And I still haven’t received my order . I have tried to contact this business by emails and phone calls . No one responded to my emails or answered the phone .

    I placed an online order on June 11, 2022, for three items totaling $109.95. My order number on the online receipt was ****-******. My credit card was charged for the full amount. On June 13, 2022, I received an email notifying me that one of the items was out of stock; the company anticipated receiving new stock in three weeks and said they would ship the order immediately upon receiving the restocked item. At this time, my order number was shown as ******. On July 6, 2022, I emailed the company to inquire about the status of the order. I did not receive a reply. Only July 14, 2022, I emailed the company again to inquire about the status of the order. I also emailed an alternate address that I found on the company's ******** page, and sent a ******** message. I did not receive any response. I have since located multiple reviews indicating that other customers have had similar experiences.

    The complainants statement is factual. As explained to her, we have been working though a significant staffing shortage and trying to cover all activity.

    In this case, the products ordered were out-of-stock. We did not realize that inventory error until this order was placed. We contacted the manufacturer and the products were backordered. The manufacturer indicated the products would be available at a certain date, but that did not materialize. This occurred twice. Unfortunately, this was not communicated to the customer.

    We received the customers email on JULY 20 2022 and responded on  JULY 21 2022 . All we could do at that point was to offer an apology for the oversight and offer to refund the order if the credit card dispute would be dropped. The customer refused stating she would rather continue with the dispute.

    We have not yet been notified of the credit card dispute; the refund offer still stands along with our most sincere apologies for the manner in which this situation was handled.
