    If you are looking for quality care for your car or truck. J&A is a community oriented business. I have been using them now for two years. Always happy to go there, never a problem.

    My car had been towed at 11am, I called 3 hours later to inquire about my missing property. I called 12 times in about 20 minutes with no response. It was only after leaving a negative review that I immediately got a call back, the owner told me "we don't normally call people back" and acted like I should be grateful that he returned my call. The real reason for this complaint is that he ended up charging me $500, quote; "his attitude fee." A woman who works there told me "these things" happen all the time and the customer always ends up over paying for it.
