    We worked with this business from 8/27 to 9/30 of 2023. Two checks were written out to them and I have attached below. They put in an aluminum fence for us which took them three days. Two of the three days they charged us extra money for jack hammer rental (that was not anticipated as stated by them) and then for “extra time” because our house was a “nightmare”. Even those two things we were fine with. However, the extra time charge made no sense when we could see them on our house camera standing around on their phone most of the day as well as sitting in his truck taking phone calls instead of working. They got their second check on day 2 so that we could avoid any more extra charges. After they got their money, 65% of the fence went up the next day in a few hours and they were done. The point of the fence was to keep our dog in. We let our dog out as soon as we got home and he got out from under the fence. I contacted the company and nicely asked if they could fix it because we weren’t happy and they told me “it wasn’t their fault that our yard has too many rocks” and that nothing could be done. After complaining a second time, they told me it can absolutely be fixed but only for $400 more. Now we are stuck with this embarrassing looking fence that our neighbors and family tell us looks terrible and not to mention our dog gets out from underneath it. No contract was ever written. Just a very unprofessional business from all aspects and I’m hoping no one else will waste their time and money on them.
