    Breach of Contract; failure to honor contact and failure to complete the agreed upon scope of work; received 80% contract value and completed approximately 35-45% of the scope of work. The Contractor would arrive on the project work site between 10:00-11:00am and depart around 3:30-4:30pm; they worked on week days for a period of less than two weeks. The contractor brought himself and another person that was not a drywall hanger or finisher.According to the one partner, the other partner left the company and took some of the down payment we gave them. We continued to support this company and he still walked off the job without completing the contracted scope of work. Whats sad is we found this contractor on Angis list.We have the burdens of going to court to get our money back to complete this project.
