  Carlos was hired first to repair windows at my apartment by my mother. He never gave her a receipt for any of those costs. The windows were to be replaced there were three of them, the last window was one of the last jobs to be done in which he gained more employment during this job and collected over $2,000 to pack up my apartment as I was unavailable and my mother, hired him as she also rented a ****** storage shed for my belongings to go into them. Half of my belongings are gone. He posted videos on ******** of my belongings in the garbage. And I also seen my items being sold at two flea markets in our area one at ********'s and one at the ****** flea market in which I was shopping with my daughter when I seen my Christmas items and other home decor he was selling. 2 weeks after that while attending the flea market alone he came up to me and handed me some of my items which in all actuality of what he took from me was about 1% that he has given back. I am missing tons of jewelry sentimental items that can never be replaced. He even threw out my whole jewelry box but then later I recovered a drawer that in the picture the whole box is there. Also I had dental molds that we're just discarded which is at least another $2,000 that I would have to go through the whole process again to have partial plates made because my dental office has you hold them at home because they don't have the room. 75% of my items have been sold or destroyed as he was paid to clean and made no on a receipt that was not approved by me or my mother and my name was also on the receipt without my knowledge. I have personally tried to resolve this issue with him several times&just get excuses that my mom told him that everybody could have what they want or that it was thrown in the trash but I've caught him selling it myself and who would pay somebody to pack up belongings and also rent a ****** shed for my life to be picked through sold and discarded. He is not reputable, responsible,reliable.

  These are pictures That you could see all her stuff was put outside people started going through her stuff I had to be called back to clean everything again and put it into a dumpster cause her mother refused to pay for a dumpster at that time the landlord ended up paying for a dumpster which everything had to go into After was already put outside nothing was taken from this lady

  I am rejecting this response because: there have been several witnesses that could attest to him selling my property at two separate locations and maybe online but I do not have any proof of that. He has followed me into stores harassed me and posted a different receipt to you than the one I have he edited it. I would like $3,00 0 at the minimum as for what my mom paid for him to move into ****** in which he had to and robbed. That dumpster was for the jobs that he got after he worked at my apartment. I know who the landlord is and had not had any problems with him. Carlos ended up getting jobs out of my mother asking him for help as he was a lifetime friend at one point but unfortunately he isn't what he appears to be. He has came and done work to this building and that was the money that is on the receipt that I have along with drug charges that he removed and submitted to you so anything he has submitted is false claims as you can see in the picture yet he's watching people take it away he's supposed to be moving it to ****** which was robbed so I do not accept his response, he thinks that he's better than anyone and he is not accredited with the BBB he's a drug dealer and he is a sexual predator
