    Quoted ***** for mold remediation. They were to kill the mold and add air ducks for ventilation in attic. We agreed on price and they started the job on 1/6/25. Sense house is pending sale, we no longer live in the house but have belongings inside for showings. My wife let them in the first day and was also at the house the second day. They said it would take a day or two. 1/9 said they would be done on 1/11. I stopped that night to Inspect house and found my bathroom light/exhaust fan was busted along with all the trim around my attic access. Went up into attic to find more garage and rubber gloves all over. The fiberglass insulation was not put back and was piled in the center of the house. The bathroom vent pipe and security cameras were disconnected. I also noticed that 4 bundles of fiberglass insulation that was brand new we purchased years ago were missing. We had them in the attic for storage purposes. I then went to my cameras on my garage and found integra carrying my insulation out the front door and into their vans on 1/6. I also found that they were sitting in vans for 3-4 hours a day and not even in my house working. 1/13 received bill that was not the price we agreed on threw email. 1/14 I went to the integra office and was told it was a misunderstanding, called to an emergency and did not get to return that day, its normal for people who are moving to want the attic space cleaned out for future owners and thats why they took it. And they never asked my wife. They also said that it took longer then expected because of the build of the house attic. But they had someone come out to look at the job before we agreed to do the job. We are just discussed that a local business would do a sub par job, steal and lie to us. I had to take a day off of work to repair the damages, hook up the camera system, throw out their trash and reline my entire attic insulation so we could get the final inspection done and not loose the sale of our house.

    I have been contacted my integra clean and dry. They were contacted by you and now wanted to work out a deal. We settled on a discounted price and they agreed to return the stolen property. Wish they did that before I had to contact you but either way its done. So I would like to close out the claim and no longer want to take action to ruin the companies name. Please let me know if any other action is needed on my end to cancel the claim. Thank you

    Good Evening,

    I just wanted to follow up as we've spoken with the customer yesterday 1/21/25 and resolved. He was supposed to call and withdraw his complaint and have it removed. I wanted to make sure that this was the case and it didn't seem like we weren't responding. I've drafted a lengthy response to this, and did not publish/respond being the complaint was supposed to be withdrawn.

    Can you please advise if the complaint has been withdrawn?
