Hi, SAP double billed me over a year ago. After weeks and weeks of trying to get this resolved it wasn’t until I filed a complaint with the credit card company that it was closed. I recently was contacted by SAP who told me that SAP ended up double crediting me. This is more than a year after the initial issue was closed. I verified that this actually did happen and told them I would send overpayment back via credit card. This Global company is telling me that are unable to take the payment via credit card and want me to wire cash or send an ACH payment. I do not want to pay $20 Wire them cash and believe they should accept a credit card payment. This will provide me with a record of the transaction and protection not afforded by a wire payment and it is free. This is causing me a great deal of emotional stress, loss of sleep and aggravating other medical conditions. I feel it is unreasonable that a credit card payment is not acceptable and require me to pay via cash. I have had email conversations with someone from the Philippines to resolve and she is stating I must send via ACH or Wire. Can you please assist me with paying via Credit Card.
