      I would like to offer my sincere opinion on **** Plumbing.These guys are excellent - full stop. They are professional, friendly, and make it very clear they are committed and will do anything to help their Customers. They have demonstrated this to my family. More than words, **** brings solutions to help their Customers.Our main HVAC system (main zone 3.5 ton unit) AC died suddenly beginning of July. The compressor motor just died. The unit was installed in summer of 2021. I can tell you this much, this summer has been serious. Temperatures have been so hot. It is dangerous how hot buildings get during these heat waves. It can be hazardous.I am not going to waste your time with my opinion on the failure(s) of the manufacturer, as that is not the point and is unproductive. What is the point, that I want you to take away is this - I needed help and **** took care of us.We could not find the compressor motor part anywhere and there was no end in sight. We were in a holding pattern for a month. You cannot imagine how horrible it feels to know there is nothing you can do - youre just stuck.The owner of **** Plumbing himself (****), proactively helped us by chasing this compressor daily. He was on it. I thank **** because without him, we would still be sitting in a hot house. Now, thanks to **** Plumbing, we can be comfortable in our own home again.I think the world of the install team I had at my house today. They were courteous, respectful, and eager to make sure I was happy as their Customer. They were great.If you need dependable plumbing / HVAC, call **** Plumbing. Call **** - these guys are the real deal!
