    I bought a brand new boiler from this company I took out a ten thousand Dollar loan to get this boiler installed an I have had nothing but problems since. It's supposed to be a warranty on all their products. The boiler system is leaking oil all over my basement floor and I've called several times and nobody has responded to text emails or reviews on the website. Now I cannot purchase oil or turn the system on and it's cold in my house I thought. By giving a person of color like myself business I would come out OK and I see that this was a big mistake on my part. I'm still paying $300 payments a month for a system.I can't even use

    This customer is lying.

    One thing she fails to remember is that THAT HOUSE HAD MULTIPLE ISSUES PRIOR TO US INSTALLING THE SYSTEM.

    There is no issues with the system we installed the issue the customer had was with a fuel line going to an oil tank (which had nothing to do with the boiler that was installed)

     

    Also this customer said the electric was bad in the basement & an electrician had to come out to fix the breaker panel (which had nothing to do with the boiler)

     

    We refuse to keep playing " a little boy who cried wolf" because this customer thinks that everything that breaks in the house is related to the boiler not working.

     

    We came out 3 different times when the customer "said the heat wasn't working " & everytime it was something totally unrelated to the boiler. 

     

    There is no need for us to go back to deal with this customer.

    This consumer is just trying to protect his reputation s*** When he did come back out, it was because of something he installed wrong. He left dangling rags won't pipes? And this time, it was oil for some reason leaking from the front of the basement to the back of the basement of the unit he installed has nothing to do with any other issues I may or may not have had in my basement.  I didn't cry Wolf.I had a legitimate problem with a system.That they installed and he wasn't even professional enough to come see it through. I got a water Heater installed And that particular company ran by *********. People that were very professional told me that whoever installed my Boulder did not do the job right? And I expressed this 2 Drews company.
     So how am I lying? Factory matter is he hurried up and threw a system that my basement would lose nuts and parts that cause oil to leak all in my basement. To this day I still can't use that heater. And I have contait's filled with oil. That I had to collect from that leak so it wouldn't be all over my basement floor. I will never in my ************ black businlist again.This was a very very bad choice and a very very bad decision on my part and to say that i'm crying in wolf because Your handiwork was flawed is just ridiculous Long as you got my money You didn't bother to answer the phone.The many times I tried to call just show you Or tell you what the problem was. You wasn't even professional enough to at least tell **** received a phone call and I'm not helping ****** more, you just ghosted me.Typical typical hood characteristic and very unprofessional to people who spend their heart.Earn money on your company.Don't know how they stayed in business this long

    We began working with ****'s Crew on June 1, 2022. We were experiencing a lack of ** coming from the system. Solution: ****'s crew came out and charged $788.96 in work stating that "** unit is working FOR NOW". As a result, we signed up for their maintenance plan. ****'s Crew was called again on July 28, 2022 because the ** stopped working again.Solution: ****'s Crew came out and charged $1,600 in work stating that we needed a new heat kit and blower motor. We had this installed, assuming that drews crew were the experts.****'s crew was called again on 6/22/23 due to ** not working AGAIN. They charged $424 claiming that we needed new refrigerant.****'s Crew was called on 11/21/23 and charged $641.69 to replace the thermostat and add two relays inside the unit.Based on the above charges and lack of function after the repairs, we called another company who came in and stated that the work that was done ruined our unit, and we now have to replace with an entirely new system. They mentioned that the relays were unnecessary and the work that they saw was not done properly. Additionally, the heat kit that was installed by ****** crew was not functioning and also needs replacement.I have uploaded all invoices from Drews Crew as well as proof that the heat kit was faulty from a new company that came to evaluate. I have also added the invoice for an entirely new system, which is apparently a result of the work done by drews crew.

    This customer is making false allegations against our company. What they paid for they received. This customer is blaming us for having faulty electric in their house & they are kissing the fact that everything we came out it was for a different issue. We will be glad to dispute this claim immediately

    I am rejecting this response because:

    I had another company come in to look at the system considering Drews Crew could not fix it. They made it clear that Drews Crew did not properly fix the issue and overcharged for unnecessary parts. I currently have two screws coming out of my HVAC unit which the other company called out as dangerous and not necessary. I have provided documentation of the work that was done along with all of the rework. The other company said they would provide support if I am not compensated for the work, as they believe Drews Crew is providing faulty services to the community.
