Date of transaction 7/10/23 - **** was convinced that he would make thousands of dollars in a short period of time with Staiber's consulting so-called business. Further this individual convinced **** to keep this endeavor secret, why we ask? To date, **** has only incurred debt estimated to be over $5,000 and has not earned one *****. ($4500 to Staiber by Amex Card, plus ******* and an Email service)The attachment states on Linkedin the false phrase guarantee publication in 14 days, or you dont pay. The use of the word "guarantee" is strong and misrepresented and not upheld.Concerning facts:1. URL for website goes nowhere 2. No business address anywhere 3. No posts or online engagement to speak of 4. Linkedin has false statements 5. we are further investigating his claim to non-profit class 501c7 - seems to have no merit. We are seeking refund in full of $4500 not being satisfied in any capacity for the services rendered. The Staiber business is a complete sham full of smoke and mirrors, which **** fell victim.Amex on 10/29/23 paused the amount due and they are investigating and asked that we reach out to file complaint with the BBB.Thank you. - ************************* and *********************** (father)

    Business Response

    Date: 02/21/2024

************************* claimed to his credit card company that he never received the product or service he paid for, this is clearly a lie to recoup his investment into the program and scam the company once he went through the entire program, received the coaching, and had all the information he needed. We have provided over 9 pages of evidence highlighting the following: Tates activity inside our course, how many of the lessons and modules he watched, emails between our company and **** discussing the program and his success with it, hours upon hours of coaching call recordings we had with ****, screenshots of texts **** sent us about the results he was getting, and even a text message screenshot where **** acknowledges that he did in fact receive the product, yet chose to charge back anyways because his dad made him due to his poor management of his finances.

The complaint mentions that **** assumed he would make thousands of dollars, as if our company made false promises or lies to ****. This is incorrect, as you can see in the attached documents, we had a contract that **** signed that clearly states the risks involved with this venture, but as long as **** follows our instructions, we guarantee results. **** did not follow any of the instrictions, he repeatedly skipped coaching calls, didnt reply to emails we sent to check in, he didn't record his sales calls so we could coach him, etc. **** was extremely lazy, yet still was getting results and booking calls, we provided proof of that in the attached documents as well. Yet after the 12 week program ended, just days later **** initiated the chargeback and lied claiming he didn't receive the product.

***** complaint also mentions we asked him to "keep the endeavor a secret" that is also a lie, we made multiple story posts on our Instagram documenting tates journey and the success he shared with us.

Tates complaint against us also mentions completely irrelevant information regarding other companies that i am involved in. He mentions how our claim to "get businesses published in the news in 14 days or less" is a lie, this is a completely unrelated offer for a different company I run "Newsfeature.com", and has nothing to do with the Coaching program **** purchased. Secondly, he attacks my non profits legitimacy by saying they dont believe we are a 501c7. Theyre correct, we are a 501c6 and anyone can look us up and find public record of our tax exempt status. However, this too is completely irrelevant as it pertains to another company I am a part of, ***** ******************** which again, has zero connection or coorelation to the product **** purchased.

It is clear that **** lied for his own financial and educational benefit, and as shown in our attached evidence, **** received everything he was promised (and more... we gave him more coaching calls than promised because of our personal relationship) and he took advantage of us, and then went another step further to file a completely bogus complaint with the BBB. We are currently retaining counsel to not only recoup the $5,000, but also in the beginning phases of filing a defamation lawsuit for the lies spread by **** as well as the damages caused by his chargeback and complaint, which led to time spent and financial damages. This will not be the end for us, and we will not allow bullies to lie and scam there way through life.
