      Had Mr Appliance come out to look at my Fridge on July 18 2023 The services they provided to fix the fridge didn’t not work. Had them come out a second time in September 25 2023 Again the services they provided didn’t not fix the fridge. I called on October October 16 2023 requesting a billing adjustment because the work they performed did not resolve the issue with the fridge and have not heard back from the Manager or owner about this. They didn’t fix the fridge after two attempts. I paid alot of money to get the fridge fixed and it’s not fixed. Looking to recoup money back for services that didn’t fix the problem

      I have called the customer and have not heard back yet. We were at his home in July for his ** Refrigerator. Customer had a defrost issue so we put in parts. In September he called back and had other issues,  needed different parts and did not move forward. He even paid the diagnostic fee because it was not a true recall(Different issue) . When he called us last week he is claiming the unit  never worked properly but then told us he hasn’t been home in months. So I will see what exactly he is looking for if/ when he returns my call

      I just got off the phone with ****************. He agreed to allow our senior refrigeration tech to come to his home this coming Wednesday, Nov 1 to look at the unit.
