Horrible Place for anyone with mental issues. We 302 our daughter in there once. And had to proceed with this action again as she wasn't talking her meds, the 302 turned into a 303 for up to 20 days per Judge. We didn't realize that our daughter had a warrant. Once the warrant was lifted, she was supposed to be released in our care with her outpatient doctor/therapist that she sees or have been seeing. Somehow after doing the 20 and warrant lifted or being held for another 72 hours, she was supposed to be transferred to a facility closer to her parents. After calling repeatedly 4days later, she still wasn't transferred. MCES excuse was there were no beds available. After calling the facility were she was supposed to be transferred or a previous place of employment, I was told they have several beds by someone named " Karlie". Today, finally speaking with Case Management over at MCES or while over the phone, she was asking staff were there any beds at that facility, staff stated, No. Now, this was before I had called. I mentioned this to the Case Management and to the Courthouse Social Worker about open beds. Now, I'm being told that our daughter has up to 90 days that she could be released earlier if she starts speaking with her team of advisors. Our daughter calls her family every day, speaks to us, telling us she wants to be home. Case management asking what meds did her Doctor prescribed, how is she with us, etc...? All the while, there's a team of doctors that is giving her whatever they think she may have? Before contacting the facility were she was previously at or we wanted her at, that prescribed her meds from the beginning. They won't let us see her or even remind her that she has a support system out here, Mother, Father, Sisters, nephew and niece, Aunts and Uncles as well as Grandparents. This is a complete nightmare. Please find somewhere else to take your or family members. I'm begging you. We did not want our daughter there!!! Kerry and Beverly W****
