    BEWARE!!! I wish I could have left a more positive review, but my experience with Packhorse Moving has been INCREDIBLY disappointing. While the movers themselves were generally polite, the companys failure to provide the proper materialsspecifically the TV boxes we had rentedled to significant damage to my electronics. Our TVs valued at over $700, were damaged during the move due to the lack of adequate ************* make matters worse, the response from the company was less than professional. The day after Christmas, we received an email stating that the mover who handled our job had been fired for not meeting the companys high standards. This only added to our frustration, as it felt like WE were being blamed for something that was entirely the COMPANY's fault. Not only did they fail to deliver the promised boxes, but their response made an already stressful situation worse.Despite the clear breach of our agreement and the damage caused, the company has refused to refund the full cost of the TVs when they were reckless & completely at fault. Its incredibly disappointing that they havent taken responsibility for their part in this and instead chose to deflect the issue by FIRING an employee rather than ADDRESSING the real problem.I would advise anyone considering this company to be cautious. While the initial service may seem acceptable, their lack of follow-through and unwillingness to take responsibility for their mistakes has left me deeply dissatisfied.

They took the time to wrap and secure everything properly, which gave me peace of mind. Their friendly and positive attitude made the entire experience stress-free.I appreciated their attention to detail, from packing to unloading, ensuring that everything arrived safely at my new home.
