    Our condenser unit for our AC gave out in June 2023. We reached out to the supplier to order a new one and the order was placed on 6/23/2023. 7/7/2023 and we still have not received the condenser. When I called the customer service line for Estes Express, (spoke to *** in particular) - she was rude and told me that there was nothing she could do. I attempted to provide her with another phone number she can put on file so they can do something about it and she told me no. When I asked for another phone number to call, she told me it was "Estes confidential information." All I am asking for is my condenser unit and if they lost it, fine - but tell us. I called the supplier and am waiting for a response back, but Estes tracking is the reason why my family and I cannot sleep at night because it is 88 degrees in our home. My family members have asthma and at this point, it is becoming a health concern. Estes Express does not want to make themselves responsible for the item that they have lost and don't want to rectify the situation.
