    Avoid at all costs. They are "in business" in the sense of taking money for products and shipping them, but heaven help you if you need a refund. I've been waiting ten months for a refund for a product I sent back with their RMA. They have both my money _and_ the product. I guess they're hoping I will forget about it.

    I purchased an Airspy HF+ from Airspy products distributor "airspy.us" for $169 plus $15 shipping on February 11, 2024. The product operated normally until it suddenly failed (became electrically silent) on April 9th 2024, at which time I contacted their customer service department to request a refund or exchange under their advertised 1-year warranty. The individual with whom I corresponded demonstrated little technical competence (they suggested that somehow the wrong driver got installed on the device, which would not explain why it would suddenly fail after 2 years of normal operation), were very defensive, unhelpful, and adamant that the problem would have been picked up on QC. They failed to honor their falsely advertised 1-year warranty and failed to even consider the possibility that they sold a defective unit. This pattern of behavior was raised by other customers (**************************************************************************************************************************): "We will reach out to HQ..." followed by no action.I am again requesting a full refund.
