    Friday night we checked in wasnt bad it was a lottle noisy on the 4th floor due to a few rooms partyingasked then to quiet down due to kids sleeping at 2am thwy didnt called front desk to complain and nothing was done sat we took the fanily out to some parks and we came back we the adults wanted to swim and sit in the hottube we couldnt sit in the hot tube bc there was a dozen or so kids in the hottube under the age of 6 when it clearly stated on the sign right above the hottub no kids under six again went and complained the guy at the front desk shrugged his shoulders and stated it was easier to leave them alone and leave it be. No it was clearly for the adults not children to be jumping in and out 3 other adults went and complained as well and nothing was done. At this point my wife and i said the heck with it went to our room for the night and yet again the 4 or t rooms around us partying and be loud call and complain and nothing was done

    We have promptly issued a refund to ******* ******** for the full amount of
    $349.86, corresponding to the total cost of the rooms booked. It's important to
    note that any additional fees and taxes beyond this amount are not within the
    hotel's purview for refunding. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

    There were children running the hallways till one in the morning and the swimming areas could not be used due to how overcrowded to hotel was. Three times I tried to use the hot tub and couldn’t. It was packed with SMALL children under the age of 8 and there is a sign posted no children under 6 allowed. There was at least 12 kids in it at one time. I asked the adults over seeing the kids in it if my party I was with (all adults) could use it and told us no. I told the desk and no one wanted to help us out.
    Also we told them about the drain on the tub that it was clogged water was going down very slow,
    all these issues were brought up to the front desk and nothing was done about it.

    this is a follow up from complaint # ******** I have not received any kind of refund from the hotel, I would the whole refund as well if possible, please look into this matter. thank you, ******* * *******
