    Our freezer wasnt working & contacted the ********** warranty company. They contracted this company to fix it. The company made an appt for May 1st then cancelled last minute. That happened 6 more times over 2 weeks. The last time the woman who. Schedules the appt sent me a picture of traffic told me they needed to reschedule i said this is ridiculous and that he needed to be there our appt time was 6 hours away. She called me used expletives and told me she was canceling the ticket and hung up. Contacted ********** they said we had to stick with them bc they have the part we need. ***** the owner and tech called me apologized and asked me to give him one more chance that he would be there the next day. He showed up replaced our compressor and fixed a leak. Said we were good that we could put things back in the freezer. So we did. We went to bed woke up the next morning to everything in the freezer thawed and the fridge which wasnt broken was also warm. We had to throw everything out. ***** came back said there was another leak fixed it and left. Now our fridge is still not working it has an error message on it and he is telling us he doesnt know when he will be back. Called ********** they said we have to stick with him. This is close to a month of not having a freezer and now a fridge that wasnt even the problem. I read reviews online and it seems this is what this guy does. All the reviews sound very similar to my experience which is very very troubling.
