    On August 22, 2022 I contracted with Fabro Cleaning Services for $400 to complete a home move in deep cleaning prior to my furniture being delivered. The company owner, Fernando, did a walk through with my aunt on August 21 and confirmed all areas to be cleaned. The service occurred on August 24. The company neglected to clean several key areas: inside and outside of refrigerator, stove, woodworks throughout the house, window seals throughout the house, light fixture, doors, and frames through thought the house. After a complaint to the owner he came back to my residence the same to view the shotty work. He made several excuses and tried to convenience my aunt the areas of concern were in fact clean. My aunt had to use Clorox wipes in his presence on certain areas for him to believe the cleaning was inadequate. He also made excuses about maybe the prior tenant was real dirty and that's why the cleaning appeared subpar. The owner falsely stated on the day of service that I had agreed to pay in cash to the person who was onsite to pay. He also initially agreed to a partial refund, but has since reneged.
