      I applied for a job, gave up all information needed to get hired anywhere and then was told she has no cases!!! When I called to touch bases with her, I thought I had the wrong number. She answers the phone with no professional greeting, doesn't say the company name or hers for that matter! I had to ask her was I calling the right place. It feels strange honestly, like a scam of some sort. Very uncommon knowing I gave that woman a lot of personal information, sent copies of verifying information and absolutely nothing has come out of it. There hasn't been any communication in 2 weeks! Don't bother applying, you'll never actually work. Just a person you'll never meet that knows everything about you. Horrible!!!

      A Better Choice Home Health Care appreciates you making us aware of your negative experience during your job search process. We understand your frustration with the job application process and apologize for any misunderstanding. We have reviewed the situation and at no time was a job application, background check or information submitted to secure a job submitted to our agency, even still the agency made attempts to locate cases in a highly competitive market that is saturated with several Home Health ************* in ****************. It appears you completed the necessary onboarding training which is a Department of Health and Health Plan requirement and provided proof of having a valid TB, but again no job application etc was completed. The misunderstanding may be that the agencies do not assign the cases, but this is the service coordinators and or case managers who work for the ************ Organizations by reaching out to the Home Health ************* to see if they have staffing available to meet case needs. We were responsive to inquiries regarding case availability each time asked even though you were not employed by our agency. On March 6th at 9:08 am you indicated that you had completed a training, and a response was made at 9:49 am, that " ...would be on lookout for cases, so far nothing" then as well on March 10th, we advised " haven't seen any cases or any replies from case managers for cases". We are always happy to discuss this further with you and answer any questions you may have, as the agency is always hiring as cases become available for Home Health ************ for and Direct Support Professionals as the agency grows not only in **************** but in the surrounding counties.
