    On August 24.2022 Phil Am Cargo picked up 3 boxes and on August 31, 2022 they picked up 2 boxes. I was expecting these 5 boxes to be delivered to the Philippines by December 2022. I have been in contact with Angela F** Phone number ************* through text messages only, they will not return my phone calls. On December 22, 2022, I was informed by Angela all boxes were delivered last week of November and should be received by end of February or second week of March 2023. On March 8. 2023, I submitted a text all in upper case Where are our boxes? What’s going on? I received this response “I’m sorry didn’t make it to our storage I will go in the morning and will keep you posted’ I did not expect my boxes to be put in storage. Angela responded package (not boxes) was dropped at *** ******* on March 11, 2023. I contacted *** ******* ***** ******** and only 3 boxes were delivered. The two receipts I was given when the boxes were picked up in August 2022 have a heading ****** ***** ****** ***, Phone Number ***** ********. When I called ****** *****, I was informed that Phil – Am has been banned from using their services. Maybe this is why they used *** *******. On March 20, 2023, I texted Angela for information on the missing boxes, still waiting for a response. I have been sending boxes to the Philippines since 2016 and the longest wait period was 3 months. I have been more than patient with Phil-Am Cargo, but they have been very dishonest, and I am an extremely upset customer. This Company has until the end of April 2023 to let me know where my two boxes were shipped from with a true tracking number. If I do not hear from Angela F**, I will take legal action. When I receive all my boxes if anything is missing, I will also take Legal action since they had possession since August 2022. I have been shipping boxes from California since 2016 and the longest I ever waited was three months and never had problems. This is the worst service I have ever experienced.
