    On July 6th, we had an oil change done at this location. By the 12th, the car was throwing codes and shaking. We took it to the dealership, as two other garages we had it towed to could not read the codes. The Jeep dealership was able to read the codes and as it turns out, it was all due to the oil being overfilled. We had to pay $246.66 for the diagnostic fees, and to do another oil change. The car is now fine and running smoothly. I called into the shop today to be gaslit by the service worker who would not let me speak, saying I should have called them instead. He referred to the policy at the bottom of the receipt and kept repeating that it was our fault we didnt call them first. He offered two free oil changes, but we wont be going back after this.As people who are not mechanics and would have never in a million years thought this would be an oil change issue, this seems absurd. And being blamed for the shops mistakes only fueled the fire. I had to go as far as messaging President and the ** of the company on LinkedIn because there is no one to call.

    On 5/2/2024 went to ******** for an oil/filter change in my truck . Drove truck 4 miles to my home got under the truck and realized they did not change filter it was the same one I installed 4 months ago. I checked the oil and they did not change oil either the oil was jet black they apparently added some because they over filled according to the dip stick

    I went to this business expecting to get an oil change and the employees that were working there didn't provide me the service I was looking to receive, the employees were very unprofessional by arguing with me. This business needs to be under reviewed or need to retrian there employees.

    So I got a oil change from costa oil on Saturday and they left my oil cap off and flooded My the inside of my hood nd my car stop moving nd I couldn't move it so I called them and no one answered then I talked to them and they said to come in but I couldn't come in do to my car being mess up nd it having no oil in it so I pulled over to the nearest shop to get it fixed to take it to them so I called today and they told me they would of gave me road assistance and all this help but they denied me in the beginning then they told me I should of came in when I couldn't the car would not moved so I took pictures of the car with oil every where nd I kept my receipt all I want is to pay me for the damage they did to my car this is My first car and I could of die because of there mistake and I just want to be refunded for their mistakes
