    I have home warranty insurance via American Home shield ( AHS). My AC was not working in July 2021 and had paid AHS my deductible to fix it. They chose comfy cozy vendor who came to my house and repaired my AC and exchanged the motor on July 7-8th 2021. I spoke to the technician who assured me that everything is covered via AHS.
    I didn't received any correspondence till December 5th 2021 when I got a text saying an Invoice of $115 is due for ? Freon and leak stop. (which I was not even aware that they did that as the technician did not told me about it). I called the office next day and spoke to a Lady in office who was rude but at the end said " they will charge AHS and you pay them" which was OK with me as I had already paid AHS. I then did not received any correspondence from AHS or comfy cozy till February 2nd 2023.
    I got a text message on February 2nd 2023 around 6.30 PM stating I have an Invoice due. I called the office on thursday and Friday and requested to speak to the manager or owner but they said " owner is busy". Both times they just told me I have invoice due without understanding my above concerns. They refused to give me owner or manager's name and said someone will call me but havent received any call yet.
    I feel they are sending me a fraudulent invoice as -
    1st it was an AC motor issue.
    2nd - I wasnt with the technician all the time but he told me at the end that everything is covered via AHS. why was I not told before service that I will have out of pocket charges before any service?
    3rd if it was true why did they not contacted me immediately but waited till december 5th ( 5 months after service) to send an invoice.
    I would appreciate if you can take action against this company and resolve my issue

    The invoice in question was sent out by mistake during an audit of our A/R. The Home Owner has since been sent a corrected invoice showing a ZERO balance. This should conclude our business.
