    The complaint was not filed within the first year of work due to waiting on Constructor to come to the home to assess/fix the roof and then him giving false information regrading the leaking.

    Had leak in roof that was leaking into hallway and then in winter of 2021 wind storm had damaged porch roof.
    6/16/2021 Fast Quality and Service gave estimate of $13,100.00 and I agreed to the work being done. Roof was completed 6/27/2021 and final payment was made.
    08/31/2021 Roof started to leak into hallway while raining. contacted Contractor 09/01/2021 through 10/22/2021 before he came to assess the roof. On 10/24/2021 Contractor came to home and stated that leaking was due to the siding on the house. Later found this was not correct.
    02/08/2022 The gutters on the house have ice on them in the winter and they dripping. Never had that problem before. Also now there is a leak on the second floor bathroom ceiling and hallway still leaking. Contractor said he would be out when the weather broke.
    8/07/2022 called Contractor again and he said he would be out "this weekend" and he never showed.
    8/20/2022 Got estimate from Home Genius Roofers who stated the the gutters are incorrectly installed and many other problems with the new roof were found by the inspector. I can provide the documentation.

    I would like assistance to have the gutters reinstalled correctly and all leaks from the roof repaired.

    We went to the home to check on complaint and the issue wasn’t the root cause it was the box gutters where in bad shape but we still fix it at no charge for customer.
