    November 2022 Rooney Line Construction asked for permission to dig in my front lawn to install some cables. They said they would return to repair the damaged yard with topsoil and grass seed. The weather turned bad,and they never returned. April 21, I texted the foreman of the crew.I sent several pictures to him and he called me back. He said he would have the lawn repaired in 2weeks It has been 6 weeks now. I am the first house on the corner,,and it's an eyesore for the whole neighborhood. ***** **** is the foreman I spoke with. His contact # is. ###-###-####. I am 66 and do not have the ability to repair any of this on my own.

    They were running lines above my vehicle. The first day they asked me to move which I did right away. Then about 4 days later on February 21st Tuesday I came out to pick my daughter up from school and noticed lines hanging all aroubd my vehicle. (Above behind infront and beside it) which I have pictures/video of. They dropped a line on my windsheild and failed to tell me. I've called the number listed all morniNG but to no avail. It looks like a cell phone no website listed. Called the police and started a claim through them as well as through the borough office. Police are looking into criminal or civil charges now. I also checked their permit which states specifically their only allowed to work on private residences so I'm unsure how their doing township work if the permit says their not permitted to do anything except private property. Also no safety they give no notice and do not set up safety cones or flaggers they just work iver your cars and property and don't care about damages. I have video of them breaking several laws and will be reporting it with the rest of the videos I have. My windsheild was 432$ out of pocket I expect that to be reimbursed immediately.
