  Lease says heat included but not only give it when they want to I fell they should play get 160 instead of 260 a month and let us pay up into June so we don't break our lease or make her pay us back all that money and let us keep the place until may so we have time to get our stuff out of there we had a family emergency in ********** and will be moving here and need the money for stuff any?   Northern Cambria Community Development Corporation (NCCDC)has been in business since 1986.  We own and/or operate nearly 400 units steaming from affordable housing to market elderly housing.  We have been nationally, state, and locally recognized for our facilities and our staff. Our corporation has yearly audits, HUD and PHFA compliance checks, PA/HUD Continuum of Care scoring/compliance checks and have always scored exceptionally well.  NCCDCs staff is very well trained, experienced, and overseen to the highest of standards. 
  The facility for which the complaint/complainant stems from is HUD funded affordable housing apartment building.  The method of calculating rent is very standard per HUDs guidelines.  Our rent calculations are reviewed by HUDs compliance staff on an annual basis. NCCDCs property manager has exactly 20 years of experience managing this facility and has never had a rent calculation mistake.  If the complainant has an issue with the amount of rent, he or she is paying there are simply 2 options: 1. Move Out 2. Complain to HUD about the amount of rent being charged per HUD guidelines.  If HUD wishes to check our rent calculations, they are more than welcome.  We have more than the upmost confidence that our rent calculation is correct. 
  The heat in the apartment is controlled by the tenants thermostat.  We have not received a work order for any heating system repair to any of the apartments in this facility for at least a year. There was a heating system work order submitted by a commercial tenant operating out of this facility and the repair was corrected within a timely manner.

  We was told not to touch the  thermostat they the land Lord Viki control it   and I will be *** them for the damage of my health and other  and I will also contact FBI  if they don't let me  get  our stuff out of there  my step dad had keys and will get our stuff out  there since we r been evicted by the Lord  told the land Lord we can pay December rent in January and we would behind a month  but would pay may in June I know our lease is up in may but will still pay for January and July pay for have the rent for may I'm not paying for the hole month when our lease is up on the 17th of may and will not be sign another lease we moved out of state and we agree to pay for our apartment until may  but will catch up in July but been evicted and land Lord is been a f****** b**** I want her fired and maintenance  fired to they don't do there   jobs the right way I can do better job then them my 10 and 12 kids one has ADHD can do better job then the maintenance dose I'm not f****** around let me pay until July I know my lease is up in may 17 but they will still get there money and don't evicted us  and fire all 3 land **** ***** and maintenance **** and ***** or I will *** the ***** company and *** hud and I will *** so bad that we will own the business you don't know who you are f****** or messing with I will do it I'm not just all talk I'm all action  I ***d so many and won and also got Lord if money and I also got the company to so and I will do it again if you don't fire all 3 land **** **** and maintenance **** and ***** O and fire all the teachers in head start   they r telling kids to sit the f*** down  or get on that f****** bus and ***** ur mouth keep in mind these are little kids.   3 or  4 you don't have to kill like that. I'm sorry, my playing out the dude that still doing it and you guys know nothing about it, I'll come down there, take business into my own hands, *** will show up the cops, the state, police, the government everybody will show up  see you as a choice. Either get off your f****** a** and do you drop the right way  or get ***d and have me on the company, my wife and her father  get off your ************* a** and do your job because you work for us, we don't work for you and when you realize that things  will go,   a lot smoother for you, but if you choose to be a big shot on think, you know it all, thank you, want to do a **** thing, I say, because you're a big sure I could know, you think you're the president  of the United States of America or the ****, or God that you have to do what anyone else says especially   who rents off of your company, let me tell ya you got rude  rude of  awaking coming to you. Because. I don't play games I don't f*** around. You don't need to drop you right way, you're fired. I were on you and your company. I do things the right way, I go by the law, I go by the book, you guys don't go by the book of my life, you don't fix things, you're gonna see it, so you never saw me before you don't want to see, ask the people in northern Cambria, how many companies I have ***d and now own plus got money for it. I'm give you. Until Christmas Eve if you don't do when I ask. December 26th things are gonna go my way, you are make myself clear f*** with me, you f*** with the wrong person I will jump on your mother fucking  throat. And make you wish that you never did what you did, like I said I'm not threatening I'm just going by the law, and the books I'm like some people that don't go by the law in the books aka NCCDC andHUD I hope you realize what you doing and you make it right decision  by Christmas Eve. If not December 26th, I'm thinking master my own hands, and it is going to be great for me and horrible for you, I will win big time, the judges know and the  court system, the judges system already knows how you guys are. I talked to them, and they said, ok, if you have to bring them in and we will give them what is right, if you go by the book and by the law, you win so good luck, respond and do what I say before Christmas, Eve or December 26th. I'll see you guys in court, and yes, I will do a video chat hearing or over the phone hearing. I can still do it, I can still **** even if I'm in a different state, God bless and take care not a f****** threatening message  learn the difference between that and  non threatening message I'm only going by the law in the book you don't like it, cried to someone who cares good luck  ***, *******.
