Tulpehocken Spring Water Company driver was traveling north on SR 487 in Benton while dangerously tail-gating my wife's vehicle. When the driver passed my wife's vehicle (which was not traveling below the speed limit) he clearly and emphatically displayed his middle finger in the traditional obscene manner. Such unsafe and obnoxious behavior from a company employee should not be tolerated. There has been no response from an email sent to this company.

I have been owed a refund since November, 2022. It took a phone call today to get it.. They have a g abit of increasing rates for water and the delivery charge and not notifying their cystomers.

First, I watched as the driver parked in an area clearly labeled patient drop off; then he ignored the UPMC employee who told him where to park (tho he did move from the middle of the lane to a drop off spot). Then he went inside and argued about the mask policy... in a hospital... full of high risk people. He asserted that since it's not a law, he didn't have to wear it. He was told that the policy requiring masks is no different than the policy requiring shoes, and it must be followed for the health and safety of patients and visitors. This explanation didn't satisfy him, and he simply walked away, mask dangling from one ear.
The van took up a patient drop off spot for more than 30 minutes.
The driver was rude, disrespectful, and self-entitled.
