      We hired Johnsons to do an air conditioner diagnosis for $109.00 on 8/4/22. They came out and could not find the problem. They charged us an additional $89.00 for a safety check. Please refer to the attached email that was sent to Johnsons by us, for more details on the problem. We have requested a full refund based on the fact that they did not diagnose the simple problem of a loose wire, they did not do a full safety check, we had to hire another company to do what they didn't do, and they requested unnecessary work to be done.

      After contacting them several times, they were not willing to give us a full refund. They admitted the safety check was not done properly but would not accept ownership for the failed diagnosis. I have attached the check that shows we paid another company to fix the problem the prior day. We did not contact Johnsons to come back out because we lost trust in them when we realized they did not diagnose a simple issue and that they recommended very pricey recommendations that were not necessary to fix the problem. The problem was simply a loose wire that needed to be tightened. Once this was done by CR Systems, our air conditioner has been running perfect.

      Our general manager and I myself spoke with Mr and Mrs ***** this morning.  As a result of that conversation, we have agreed to fully refund via their credit card the full amount of $198.  The receipt of that refund is attached.
