    I had All Asphalt Paving do an asphalt overlay on my driveway at the end of August. 2023. The day after the job was completed (they finished after dark), I checked the driveway and noticed a few small issues that I wanted them to come back and fix (seams from the edge of the steamroller, lips between the asphalt and sidewalk, gap between asphalt and garage, and a few areas that weren't leveled properly). A few days later on a Sunday afternoon, three members of the company came to my house to try to sell me on sealcoating services, and I explained my concerns and showed them the areas that I thought needed to be touched up. They completely agreed and said "it looks like the crew rushed through this job", and that they could easily fix this up and would be back that week. After speaking to the owner twice and assuring me they would be out on multiple days, no one ever showed up. This continued over the course of the next 4-5 weeks and on no less than six different occasions where the owner scheduled different days and times to do the job, no one ever showed up and I never received a single phone call saying that they couldn't make it. After this, he stopped answering phone calls and text messages, and I had zero communication for at least 2 weeks. I just recently was able to get him to answer a phone call, and in the past 5 days he has not shown up on two different occasions he said he would be there. I now can not get a hold of him once again and am very frustrated by the complete lack of accountability and communication to complete a job that I was told would be done nearly 2 months ago. Multiple times I was told that he had a crew on his way to my house and would be there within a certain time window, only to never have anyone show up and to not receive any sort of notification/call. All I want is this company to complete the agreed upon work that has already been paid for.

    Hired asphalt company to pave driveway. Paid cash for discount, after job was finished rain came several days later and water was coming into finished basement due to poor grading that they did. Asphalt is cracking and multiple potholes. Called owner to repair as per warranty. Owner is ignoring my texts and phone calls. It's been 2 1/2 months now and still not returning my calls

    We contracted with All Asphalt to have our gravel driveway paved. We met with the owner, obtained a contract and set a date. The company showed up and performed the work however the work was not done to match the contract and we have issues with the quality of the work. We have reached out to the company multiple times via text, email and calling. The company states they will show up to look at the issues and fix it. To date they have not come through in resolving the problems. They state they have a 2-year warranty, but we can't even get them to show up to look at and fix the issues caused by their original work. I am attaching the last email sent asking the company to show up and fix the issues. I did call and the company stated they would be over the next day to look at the driveway. They never showed up. At this point, we need to have the work they did modified and would like a refund of the original payment we made.
