      I processed my withdrawal last October 17, 2024 on 12PM EST amounting to $353.53 with transaction ID *******. Initially the estimated transfer date was October 18, 2024. I already reached out to them with regards to this and they told me to wait until the end of 18th but when I checked my Guru account, they change the estimated transfer date to October 21, 2024. I tried reaching out to them asking whats the reason for moving it far back. I already contacted them on ******** messenger but my message left on seen. Just now I reported the issue on their website they just told me to wait for October 21 and then contact them if its still not credited. However, thats what I initially did. I waited for them to credit it on 18th only for them to push it back to 21st. What if they change again the estimated date to far back after 21st? Will they just tell me to wait again? I am reaching out because I badly needed the fund and I dont get the necessary explanation why are they holding my fund and whats the reason for changing the estimated delivery date. I need answers and I want them to expedite my case. Please help me. This has caused me a lot of stress already.
