5 starsOur new windows in our home were great! The whole process was very smooth and each person in the process was professional and courteous, from our salesperson, to the receptionist, and finally the installers. After sitting through other sales pitches that were long, drawn-out, and way over-priced, it was refreshing to deal with a sales team that was straight and to the point with the quality of product as well as pricing. The quality of the windows are so much better than our old ones, and the installers were quick, efficient, and cleaned up nicely in the end. I also appreciated the follow-up call a few weeks later to see how we were liking everything. If you are in Thermo-Twin's service area, I would highly recommend them for you window needs!Review fromMarilyn M

Our double front doors are beautiful! Everyone was so helpful and professional, from the salesperson to the install guys. We also did price comparisons with similar companies and Thermo-Twin was the best. If you're going to make a large investment, give Thermo- Twin a chance.Nice people, great quality.

Excellent work. Excellent service. I have been enjoying my French doors for several years, and thought I had a locking issue. I contacted the sales *** (on a Sunday night!), and the service department sent someone to my house within 24 hours! After a quick ****** (I'm embarrassed to admit) on use of the lock, the installer was on his way. Everyone at Thermo-Twin has been gracious and professional. The final product is absolutely the best! We had an overall great experience with Thermo-Twin! From the beginning with the salesman thru the end with the installers. Everything happened in a timely manner and was done as explained. The cleanup was also great. Our windows look beautiful, especially our huge bay window!Thermo-Twin Windows

We have used Thermo-****************** (*******) twice now and have been very impressed and satisfied with their work. Last year we had 8 windows replaced by a Thermo-Twin crew and this year we finished up by having them replace the remaining 13 windows. Both times they were very professional, efficient and worked quietly and unobtrusively as possible. They did the 13 windows this year in a half-day which was quite amazing.I also like that they are employee-owned and a local business and they custom-make their windows locally. The windows seem very sturdy, work well and have a high insulating efficiency over the windows we replaced. We can feel the difference.I would highly recommend using Thermo-twin for your window replacements.Thermo-Twin Windows

We had (4) windows replaced in the attic of our home. The Thermo-Twin salesman was a pleasure to work with. He provided a thorough estimate, and did not pressure us to choose Thermo-Twin. We appreciated his honesty and fair price, and on that basis, we chose ThermoTwin's bid. The Thermo-Twin installers did an excellent job performing the work.
