    On July 11th, 2024, I purchased a Cuddle Bear from Elks & Angels. It was order E1913, and I was charged $53.38. It said it would be shipped by July 18; however, I got not additional notifications, and it never arrived. I then began to email the company using two email addresses they listed online, beginning July 21. I have emailed them four times using ********************************* and ******************************** I also called five times using the phone number listed; each time, there is a recording saying the person I am trying to reach is unavailable. I found their vendor on **** and wrote to them to check in, even though I didn't order on etsy - they never responded either. I have used their online chat function four times, again, no response. I was charged for something that I never received, and have since had no communication from the company. I am concerned it is a fraudulent business and am therefore reporting it to the BBB, with the hopes I can get my money back and the business can respond to explain what is going on.
