My pool liner needed replacing. He stated he worked with ******* pools for many years installing pools and liners. The liner was bought by him from ******* pools. The liner was installed 11/5/23 .as he was installing it,he did not replace foam ,he duct tapped existing foam to walls,he charged me 200$ for new foam.he did not want to remove top rail was trying to push liner up into J hook, that rail was covering. He was kicking the liner on the bottom by cove with his shoes on. On 11/4/23pool water was at 2 feet as per when he was doing this ,pressing his foot into side trying to stretch it. He wanted it at 2 feet, slow fill. He was coming 11/5 23 to put skimmer on and exchange eyeball. I bought them because he brought a used skimmer with used gaskets, and my old exchange . He took his old skimmer back. I asked for a receipt he gave me a hand written one on a tiny sheet of paper,I wanted the store receipt . On 11/5 I started filling the pool .it was right below the skimmer to winterize it. I went out 11/6 the pool water was down to 2 feet.i called the distributor of the liner and requested another installer sent out to evaluate. He came 11/7/23 he found a hole where the guy was pressing his foot into.,by the cove.he stated he caused it,he frank santarelli the installer ******* sent reported to them, the liner is being replaced but I MUST PAY THE NEW INSTALLER,IF I ACCEPTED THE OTHER THEY WOULD PAY. I said ,NO I DO NOT WANT THAT MAN NEAR MY POOL ( Jeff kardos ] . So I now must pay again. Jeff kardos charged me 1500$. I am disabled and I feel Jeff kardos took advantage of me and did an awful job and busted my new liner. Nothing else could have caused that hole. I did call him said ,you owe me a refund. He hung up. I was very upset with his service. The pool has been drained by the new installer and today I looked out 11/8/23 the liner is falling in. I have pictures . The replaced liner of 13 years never fell in it just lost water via seam.

Installation was complete 11/5/23. The photo is of same day ,falling in and a whole in liner, losing all my water again. I called the installer he did not respond. . I left a message I wanted my money back since I had to pay another installer to put in another liner. 550$, Olympic pool gave me a new liner no charge, because installer damaged liner ,making a hole in it . He also purchased a USED skimmer from ******* in ***** for my pool. I bought a new shimmer and eyeball.

Also,I asked him to leave  and take his liner with him when I saw the used skimmer he bought and how he was acting. How he had the liner thrown in and was stepping on the cove BTW where the hole he made was. The man I got from Olympic to install the new replacement liner cut the piece out as proof of what he did. It was taken to Olympic pools. It was awful.  I want my money back. He has not responded to my calls requesting same .you saw his hand written receipt. I paid him 1500$ CASH.
