    A 4 week old lift chair malfunctioned and is stuck in the up position.That was 8 weeks ago. Six weeks ago a service individual indicated that practically every moving and control part had to be replaced. I suspect that my 100 year old mother will not get the functions she paid for. It is not even usable as a chair currently.

    I think that the Golden Technology, with the folk webpage is a fraud, Their customer service is ignore the person and the scooter. Affiliated company, covering a govt contract with the military had a separate company hired to repair scooters. I think that I had fraud used against me from the beginning. I think their dealership ************ and Tech in *********, **, continued the ruse and still refuses to fix the $3100 scooter (bought Feb 23, 2024) or give me my money back, since they stretcher the process out, lied, and ignored me, from the beginning. I will happily return the parts, that I keep in my purse, that have fallen off of the scooter.

    The chair itself is nice; Customer support terrible. Spouse had knee replacement surgery followed by emergency back surgery. He was unable to lay flat in bed. Three days after coming home from the hospital, at 3 am in the morning, the chair was stuck in the "bed" position. We managed to get the chair to a somewhat sitting position. Did some troubleshooting found on ********* nothing worked. Was told it is a defective remote. One week later, a replacement still not received. The chair is useless in its current state.

    I am very disapointed about a lift chair that this company manafacters it was a dud! I had the chair six months and had nothing but problems with this chair ! I wont be buying another chair from this company! I have tried to reach out to.customer services with being put on hold for long periords of time.

    Terrible chair. Headrest is too high and does not support my neck (I am 5'6") Cannot sit in an upright position as the foot/leg rest raises as the back goes backward. I am on a P.A.C.E. program and am told I can't return it. Looking at the website I am shocked at the prices.

    Second chair in 6 weeks. Bought it for my hip replacement. Two days after I got it the RIGHT *** slides and I AM leaning on a piece of WOOD!!?? Makes a terrible sound. Feet didnt work for a few times then it did. After a FIGHT, the place PURCHASED IT brought me another one for 500 more, I got an upgrade. The *** IMMEDIATELY IT CAME THIS WAY is doing the same thing!! I paid 3200 for this!!! Im VERY SORRY I BOUGHT THIS!!! ALL THIS IN 6 weeks!! I want my money back! The place I bought it tried to charge me 20 percent restock fee even though the chair was broken!!! No!!?? I AM SPEECHLESS THAT THE *** IS DOING IT IMMEDIATELY AGAIN!! Piece of junk and the local Business should be ashamed!!!

    Our Golden scooter is a piece of junk. I guess I just want to vent! 3 years ago my wife needed a new scooter. Much to my surprise my insurance covered a new mobility scooter for my wife who suffers from MS and can't walk and relies on her scooter to get around the house. We had a Pride go go elite traveller that still ran but was dated and need some tlc. We went were my insurance suggested and all they had were Golden scooters. In 3 years we have replaced the battery twice gotten a new charger, had the throttle adjusted and now the scooter dies with no warning. The battery was checked and is fine, since we just replaced it 6 months ago. Had a technician look at it and he is not sure what is causing it to die suddenly. So now we have no choice but to buy a new Pride mobility scooter because my insurance won't cover another one. I wish we could have gotten a Pride from the beginning! It's just frustrating because my wife deals with so much with her disability that having a reliable means for her to function daily is a huge deal! Thanks for letting me vent here! Joseph S*******

    The company exceeded expectations. Service was timely.
    Product, a lift chair. Very comfortable. It needed to have the electrical plugged in behind the chair. Once completed I love the heat and message. The fabric is beautiful. I highly recommend G.T. My life just got better.

    I am disappointed with my purchase of two lift chairs, a little over one year old and one had a headrest motor replaced (under warranty) the other I replaced the remote handset it also occasionally makes motor noise when returning fro recline position. Both chairs require resetting of the remotes at least every week if not more often. These were very expensive chairs and should not need that much attention.
