I purchased two pairs of sunglasses for $120.00 from Striyker Sunglasses on 9/20/2023. I was out of town when they were delivered, but as soon as I got home on 9/30/2023 I opened my package and realized how poor quality they were. Their website boasts of a 100% satisfaction guarantee and free returns within 20 days of order. I emailed them immediate per their website instructions to initiate a return. Since then I have sent 4 emails, 4 request for help on their website form, messages on both ******** and ********* (to which I have been blocked now from them) and have received absolutely no response from them. This is poor business practice. I do not want their product and I want my money back but I cannot get that done when they do not respond or provide any other form of contact.Initial Complaint

I ordered 1 pair of sunglasses for $40 on 8/17/23, Order No *****. They were delivered on 8/21/23. On sept 7, 2023 I was putting them on and they just snapped inexplicably. I have contacted the business multiple times to discuss warranty replacement process through email, Instagram direct messaging and their online contact form and they do not respond.Initial Complaint

I placed an order for one of there products on July 20th, I received the product on July 25th, the product did not fit properly so I contacted their return department via email which is the only option given and sent my order number, described the issue and asked to initiate the return on July 25th. I then sent a second email on July 28th because I had not heard back. After not hearing back by August 1st I entered my information into the contact form on their website and stated my desire to return and did not hear back so I attempted the contact form again on August 3rd and have not heard back. They have a 20 day policy on returns and have not reached out to me. They do not have a telephone number on their site to contact them so I was unable to try that.Initial Complaint

This company's website has a return policy as follows : "If you are not satisfied in any way with your purchase, and/or your sunglasses do not fit you properly, you can return them within 20 days from the date of purchase for a full refund. Domestic returns are FREE OF CHARGE. In order to initiate a return, please contact us at: [email protected] & please include your order number. Please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed by your credit card or bank, depending on your method of payment." I made a purchase of 3 items and was unhappy with 1 item. I emailed the address above in the following ways:1) I responded directly to my transaction confirmation email (which is an option) and asked for a return to be processed.2) I created a new email from my personal email account asking for a return to be processed.3) I contacted the company via their own website contact form asking for a return to be processed. On October 6, 2022, I placed an order for a pair of sunglasses online. I paid $37.50 using my debit card. I ordered the F1 series sunglasses from Striyker (ORDER #*****) on 8/10/22 after looking at a ******* video of the brand displaying how durable the sunglasses were. I received the glasses on 8/19/22 and after about a weeks worth of use on 8/31 the frame failed and the lenses just popped off while I was walking. I reached out to Striyker to resolve this as their website mentions ( *************************************** )Warranty replacements no questions asked. I even reached out to them on Instagram. Have not heard from them. Completely dissatisfied and disappointed with Striyker and their warranty claims seem to be lies. Their promo videos also are very deceptive.Initial Complaint

I bought the F1 Series Matte Black for 35 dollars. I got them to me and I didn't like them at all. I had to hound the company for a return label for a while. The company got back with me July 21st with return label. I shipped the item out next day. It has been more than two weeks I contacted the company and even reached out on insta gram and was blocked. I am wanting my refund but yet have received it.
