    Seeking a response from customer service regarding return 1 of 2 items. Originally requested simple exchange but now seeking return due to neglectful support. -purchased 4/26/24 -paid ****** - seeking partial refund for 1 item (69.30)-no response after many attempts to contact customer support, including on ******** where my comments regarding 'may I receive support?' were deleted by admin -the business has not responded to any emails or other attempts to date (I received quick response with question prior to my purchase and emailed that person directly post purchase, still nothing)Tracking: ******************************

    The Striyker F1 sunglasses literally broke the first time I wore them. I initially thought they were Carbon Fiber from the sales picture, but they are just really cheap plastic painted to LOOK like carbon fiber. They are dollar store quality...........such light weight and cheap plastic I could tell something was up when I took them out of the box. I tried contacting the sellers warranty department and they said to send them pictures and they would send a replacement pair. Well after sending the pictures and contacting them multiple (6) times there wasn't any response.

    The contact ***************************** I had been trying to contact again at the Striyker Sunlgasses responded within one day of me submitting the problem to the BBB and also writing a review on their website. I am not sure which action prompted the sudden response and apology, but I did receive the replacement sunglasses today. They are the same cheap quality, but at least I have another pair to wear for awhile...........

    I purchased two pairs of sunglasses for $120.00 from Striyker Sunglasses on 9/20/2023. I was out of town when they were delivered, but as soon as I got home on 9/30/2023 I opened my package and realized how poor quality they were. Their website boasts of a 100% satisfaction guarantee and free returns within 20 days of order. I emailed them immediate per their website instructions to initiate a return. Since then I have sent 4 emails, 4 request for help on their website form, messages on both ******** and ********* (to which I have been blocked now from them) and have received absolutely no response from them. This is poor business practice. I do not want their product and I want my money back but I cannot get that done when they do not respond or provide any other form of contact.

    I ordered 1 pair of sunglasses for $40 on 8/17/23, Order No *****. They were delivered on 8/21/23. On sept 7, 2023 I was putting them on and they just snapped inexplicably. I have contacted the business multiple times to discuss warranty replacement process through email, Instagram direct messaging and their online contact form and they do not respond.

    I placed an order for one of there products on July 20th, I received the product on July 25th, the product did not fit properly so I contacted their return department via email which is the only option given and sent my order number, described the issue and asked to initiate the return on July 25th. I then sent a second email on July 28th because I had not heard back. After not hearing back by August 1st I entered my information into the contact form on their website and stated my desire to return and did not hear back so I attempted the contact form again on August 3rd and have not heard back. They have a 20 day policy on returns and have not reached out to me. They do not have a telephone number on their site to contact them so I was unable to try that.

    I purchased a pair of glasses from this website first time i wear the glasses they broke and they claim there glasses dont break so i put in for a warranty claim and till now i havent gotten a response and its been a few months not sure whats going on

    This company's website has a return policy as follows : "If you are not satisfied in any way with your purchase, and/or your sunglasses do not fit you properly, you can return them within 20 days from the date of purchase for a full refund. Domestic returns are FREE OF CHARGE. In order to initiate a return, please contact us at: [email protected] & please include your order number. Please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed by your credit card or bank, depending on your method of payment." I made a purchase of 3 items and was unhappy with 1 item. I emailed the address above in the following ways:1) I responded directly to my transaction confirmation email (which is an option) and asked for a return to be processed.2) I created a new email from my personal email account asking for a return to be processed.3) I contacted the company via their own website contact form asking for a return to be processed. I made the purchase (order # *****) on February 25th, and as of this complaint I have not heard from the company.

    I purchased a pair of sunglasses from this company and they advertise a lifetime warranty. I have attempted to contact them 15-17 times in regards to the warranty since my glasses have broke. I have not heard anything from them since 11/16/2022.

    On October 6, 2022, I placed an order for a pair of sunglasses online. I paid $37.50 using my debit card. The payment cleared, I received an email acknowledging the order and promising tracking info when shipped.Order # *****. The website boasts 3-5 day shipping. I have sent several emails using their contact form and my own email. I have received NO response.

    I purchased a pair of sunglasses from this company in June of 2022. Several weeks after receiving the glasses I went to put them on and the frame was broken! I have sent over 7 emails to Striyker and have not received a single response.
